Join us every Tuesday morning for a gentle and uplifting yoga class designed for those in midlife and beyond. This class combines yoga, breath work, guided relaxation and a touch of yoga philosophy to help you create a shift in your day—and your life. Whether you’re looking for stress relief, muscle tension reduction, or improved strength and flexibility, you’ll leave feeling recharged, balanced, and ready for the week ahead.

What to Expect:

  • Gentle Yoga Movements: Adapted for all levels, including beginners, with an emphasis on relaxation and mindful movement.
  • Breathwork: Techniques to centre your mind, deepen relaxation and release stress.
  • Guided Relaxation: A deep restorative relaxation at the end of every class to combat stress and leave you feeling refreshed and grounded.
  • Yoga Philosophy: Insights to support personal growth and a shift in mindset, creating lasting change in your day-to-day life.
  • It's a super friendly group who regularly go for coffee after class. So if you're looking to meet some welcoming locals, as well as practice some yoga, then you're in the right place.
  • Some mats, props, blankets and eye pillows are provided but if you have your own please do bring them along - you can never be too comfortable!
  • Plenty of free parking right outside and the venue is an easy walk from central Colden Common.

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to get set up and relaxed for a 9am start. But don't worry, we know that traffic and/or school runs can be tricky so don't worry if you're a couple of minutes late. Stressing about getting to Yoga is counterproductive!! 😉
