Breath & Energy

Rumination, unfinished tasks, changing your sleep story, sankalpa and subconscious direction.
6 Live Online Evening Sessions
60–90 minutes each
Each session includes:
• 20 minutes intelligent teaching
• 20 minute morning regulation flow
• 20 minute evening wind down sequence
• Clear weekly implementation
Replays available.
You leave each class knowing exactly what to practise the next morning and before bed.
