This course provides an accessible entry point to those looking to start a regular meditation practice.
Based on the teachings of Michael Stone, with weekly sessions, interactive exercises, and pre-recorded guided meditations, you'll develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. Join me on the path to mindfulness and unlock a lifetime of inner harmony and fulfilment.
What to expect:
- You'll join a friendly group of like minded individuals who’ll grow and learn together
- We'll meet weekly for a short talk and guided practice and the opportunity to ask any questions you might have and discuss your experiences with the practices
- There will be a guided practice for you to take home each week and ideally practice daily
- Practices will start short and simple 5 to 10 minutes in length and as you progress in skill and focus they will gradually lengthen to between 20 and 25 minutes
- You'll finish the course with everything you need to continue to develop your own meditation practice including an established practice and a deeper understanding of meditation
