This seven-week series explores the ancient yoga philosophy of the Pancha Mahabhuta — the five great elements: Water (Apas), Earth (Prithvi), Fire (Agni), Air (Vayu) and Space (Akasha). Each class offers a sensory, embodied journey through movement, breath, and stillness to help restore balance and connection across body, mind, and spirit.
We begin with the flowing energy of Water, aligning with the full moon to soften resistance and invite emotional release. From there, we move into the steady support of Earth, cultivating roots, stability, and strength. Midway through the term we ignite the transformative fire of Agni, open into the freedom of Air, and finally dissolve into the spacious stillness of Akasha.
The closing week gathers all five elements in a candlelit festive integration practice — a gentle, heart-centred celebration of balance, belonging, and inner light as the year draws to a close.
Each session includes accessible movement, restorative breathwork, meditation, and guided relaxation — suitable for all levels, including beginners and those returning to practice after injury.
🧘🏽 Move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the elemental forces within and around you.
