Based on the teachings of Michael Stone, with weekly sessions, interactive exercises, and pre-recorded guided meditations, you'll develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. Join me on the path to mindfulness and unlock a lifetime of inner harmony and fulfilment.

What to Expect

You'll receive a weekly email with:

  • a video with a short talk and guided practice (recorded live in a face to face class setting)
  • a evolving guided audio practice each week, for you to ideally practice daily
  • text to read to support the learning and give context to the practices
  • practices will start short and simple 5 to 10 minutes in length and as we progress in skill and focus, they will gradually lengthen to around 20 minutes
  • You'll finish the course with everything you need to continue to develop your own meditation practice including an established practice and a deeper understanding of meditation

Price: £45 for 6 video sessions, text to contemplate and 6 pre-recorded audio practices.
