A 6-session course exploring a different goddess each week to help us move into a more balanced way of being—rather than constantly doing. Each session is an invitation to embody the timeless wisdom and qualities of the divine feminine through breath, movement, and stillness.
You’ll receive a weekly email with access to the course content of a one hour video practice and a short supporting text.
We’ll explore the goddesses not as distant deities, but as living archetypes and inner guides. Each class includes a short reflection on the week’s goddess, a pranayama (breathwork) practice, a gentle, flowing yoga sequence and a deeply restful guided relaxation.
