A 6-session course exploring a different goddess each week to help us move into a more balanced way of being—rather than constantly doing. Each session is an invitation to embody the timeless wisdom and qualities of the divine feminine through breath, movement, and stillness.

You’ll receive a weekly email with access to the course content of a one hour video practice and a short supporting text.

We’ll explore the goddesses not as distant deities, but as living archetypes and inner guides. Each class includes a short reflection on the week’s goddess, a pranayama (breathwork) practice, a gentle, flowing yoga sequence and a deeply restful guided relaxation.

Weekly Themes:

  1. Shakti – Awakening the life force: the universal, creative energy of the feminine
  2. Saraswati – Flowing wisdom and intuition: the power of clarity, learning and creative expression
  3. Lakshmi – Abundance and beauty: opening to pleasure, prosperity and self-worth
  4. Parvati – Devotion and resilience: navigating transformation with grace and compassion
  5. Kali – Liberation and truth: releasing what no longer serves to make space for the new
  6. Durga – Inner strength and fierce protection: holding boundaries with grace


    No previous experience of yoga or knowledge of the goddesses is needed—just a willingness to show up and soften. This course is a sanctuary for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and draw on ancient feminine wisdom to nourish their modern lives.

Come as you are. Each session offers a space to rest, reflect, and gently reawaken your own inner goddess—strong, wise, radiant and deeply at peace.
