The Yamas are the beginning of the 8 limbs of Patanjalli's Sutras and as such to me they represent the first step on a path to a better life. Join me for this simple practice designed to prepare the body and mind for the work that is needed to bring these limbs to life!
After a short discussion of the Yamas we'll chant Om together, then flow and before relaxation we'll enjoy some longer held Yin type poses to begin to prepare us for the stillness of relaxation. If you have a yoga bolster or couple of bed pillows that would be helpful.
