🌬️ Bridging the Vayus and the Elements

Theme: Energy becoming form

In this gentle yet expansive practice, we bring together everything explored through the Pancha Vayus and begin to feel how that energy expresses itself through the five elements — earth, water, fire, air, and ether.

We begin with Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to balance the flows of prana, followed by a mindful, breath-led sun salutation sequence to awaken the body and invite fluid movement. Standing poses such as Trikonasana (Triangle) and Vrksasana (Tree) help us feel grounded yet spacious — rooting through the earth while reaching into air and light.

The practice closes with a guided relaxation, inviting you to sense each element within your own body: the solidity of earth in your bones, the flow of water in your blood, the warmth of fire in your heart, the breath of air in your lungs, and the vast ether of awareness holding it all.

Length: ~60 minutes

Focus: Subtle energy integration, balance, grounding, and spaciousness

Props: Strap and optional blanket or cushion for comfort

“Feel the body as earth, the breath as air, the heart as fire, the mind as water, and awareness as open sky — all elements in harmony, all energy in flow.”
