Manomaya Kosha: Manas = mind intellect or thoughts, and Maya means composed of. So today's theme is the layer of experience composed of mind/thoughts. This layer brings the 2nd of Patanjali's sutras to mind: Chitta Vritti Nirodaha or Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.
For me, everything we do under the banner of yoga is working towards this stilling of the mind.
