60 minutes of Mindful Yoga with a focus on easing and opening hips and shoulders. Our theme for this session is the element of Earth or Prthivi. We begin with 'Coffee Plunger' breath to connect with the earth energy. So if you'd like to feel more grounded and at ease then this might be the practice for you. We conclude with a guided isometric, tense and release for deep relaxation at the end.
