I could bang on about this one for ages! Our senses are, these days, so bombarded. From the minute we awaken until the minute we go to sleep (many of us) are overstimulated. We start to day by checking in the how our senses are effecting us at each layer of our being. We then share Bee Breath with Sanmukhi Mudra which can be quite intense. Adapt it to suit your needs today. Of course we flow through a strengthening sequence of poses designed to support health and wellbeing and we finish with a guided relaxation to gently shut down the senses to allow us to rest fully and completely.
