As always have some lovely props handy for relaxation at the end of the session (blanket or 3, cushions, bolster, eye covering, socks etc).
We start today with a brief look at why I include Yoga Philosophy in all my teaching and then a very quick into to the Prana Vayus and Prana Vayu itself - How do we take in energy? How do we take in anything? - Love, help, support, nutrition, information - how do you receive?
We then flow through a seated warm-up followed by some simple yet energising and strengthening poses. Concluding as always with a deep guided relaxation.
