Following on from defining Yoga last week as union or connection. This weeks theme of Hridaya refers to the spiritual heart, true self or witness consciousness. In a way our heart is the link that joins us.
We then share a heart centred breathing, mudra and mantra practice "I love what comes. I love what goes.".
Our movement flow includes 'flying bear' pose and concludes with puppy poses, hare pose, childs pose flow and reclined bound angle pose.
We finish, as always with a guided relaxation, today resting in the breath of the heart 💓
