Our theme this class follows on from last week, they're a pair. Last week we looked at our attachments and the things we want to hold on to. This week Dvesha is the things we want to push away. How do you increase your suffering by embellishing the stories around the bad things in your life? How, by bringing these stories into the conscious mind can we reduce that suffering?
We start with our usual check-in, then share Nadi Shodhana or Alternate Nostril Breathing and then flow through our poses and end with a tense and release practice to facilitate deep relaxation.
