60 Min Yoga Flow theme: Dhyana or Focused Concentration

Coming towards the end of the 8 limbs of Yoga Dhyana or the 7th limb takes us deeper into Meditation. Last week we set the intention to attach the focus to a single point. This week we see that through maintaining that focus many insights can be gained. And these ideas whilst obviously relevant to meditation also apply any time we're focusing our attention. When we're engaged and learning we're growing.

We begin with Nadi Shodhana or Alternate Nostril Breathing which is an excellent preparation for meditation. We then share a flow culminating in a warrior 3 balance challenge and finally a couple of soothing Yin poses before guided relaxation.
