So we've done the Yamas and Niyamas and now we're working on the 3rd of the 8 limbs of Yoga - Asana. Patanjali's main guidance here is that the posture should be steady and stable and this should be both physical and mental. Hopefully we'll cultivate feelings of comfort and stability through the practice of Ujjayii breath, asana practice with Locust Pose and Reclined Bound Angle and of course our final guided relaxation.
