Today's theme is the last of the Yamas or personal restraints from the 8 limbs of Yoga. Aparigraha or non-grasping. So we'll start by considering what and how we might benefit from letting go. Our breath practice is great for calming the nervous: Two breaths in through the nose and a longer sigh through the mouth and then our usual yoga flow with an emphasis on releasing physical tension and finally a tense and release to settle us for relaxation.
