Our theme for this practice is Prana Maya Kosha or the Energy Body. We'll start with our usual check-in followed by a breathing practice to energise and set us up for our practice. We'll flow through a series of practices, including a Moon Salutation in reverence to the coming full Moon and to channel the feminine energies associated with it.
Before relaxation we'll enjoy Legs-Up-the-Wall pose (Viparita Karani). We conclude with the sister breathing practice to the one we opened with, to calm and settle us for relaxation - in which we'll focus on washing away any unneeded energy to allow space for relaxation and calm.
