Today's practice is inspired by Udana Vayu or the upward moving energy. Associated with the throat this energy helps us to express ourselves and governs what we put out into the world. We'll 'check-in' with ourselves and have a gentle seated stretch. We then share Brahmari or Bee Breath to activate Udana Vayu. This breathing practice is also proven to both reduce stress and improve respiratory health. We'll then take a little time to get ourselves comfortable to sit in meditation.
