45 min Yoga flow, theme: Ego

Our Klesha theme this week is Asmita or Ego. The idea that we've created ourselves as an image in our minds in all sorts of ways and that image becomes a prison. Whether it's a positive image that we must live up to or a negative one that dogs us. If we can see these illusions for what they are we are one step closer to breaking free. 

We share square breath or box breath, 4:4:4:4, a gentle yoga flow for stretch and strength and the usual guided relaxation to close. Todays relaxation we'll rest awareness in the breath, getting to know it better and allowing it to guide us into relaxation.
