We open this mornings practice with a look at the Yoga element of Space followed by a gentle seated yoga flow, we chant three Oms (the sound of the universe) - and if you've never chanted before I invite you to have a go! We then settle in for a guided meditation using the Mantra So Hum as an anchor.
