Today's practice is inspired by the third Niyama or Tapas which simply translates as purifying dedication. We can apply it as the dedication to keep returning to our practice even when we don't feel like it. And by practice I mean any/all the things you intend to do regularly to support yourself. That might include yoga, meditation, walking, running, exercise, painting, singing, journaling, socialising, connecting with loveled ones - literally anything that you know is good for you. But the caveat is that Ahimsa must also be true - it must do no harm to you or anyone else.
