In these 30 minute mindfulness practice we start with a short summary of the Yamas of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras - 1. Do no harm, 2. Truthfulness, 3. Non-stealing / not taking advantage, 4. Maintaining Priorities and 5. Non-greed / grasping. Simple concepts that when applied in our relationships lead to a more balanced way of being in the world. Our usual short seated stretch prepares us to sit for chanting Om three times and then we sit. Todays meditation we'll rest awareness on the breath in the nostrils and then begin to follow the breath, moving the awareness from the nostrils to the eyebrow centre and back.
