Our theme for this practice is Samana Vayu and how we digest and process things things physically, mentally and emotionally. I mention a Journaling protocol that helps with assimilating and processing trauma, link below. We move through our seated stretches with extra focus on mindful twisting as this helps with digestion and strengthens Samana Vayu. We share alternate nostril breath or Nadi Shodhana and then we sit for guided meditation.
