Today we begin a tour of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, starting with the idea of Ahimsa which translates as 'Do no harm'. We'll share our usual seated stretches and then we observe the natural breath (seated or lying). All in preparation for our guided meditation using the Mantra Loka Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu - May all beings everywhere be happy and may my actions contribute to that happiness.
