18.3.24 Mindful Monday Theme: Letting Go

Our theme today is the Yoga sutra around Aparigraha- 'non-grasping' or letting go. What do we need to let go of to make space for who we want to be? (Apologies, I think I say the wrong sanskrit word in the recording 🫢). We then flow through a short and gentle seated stretch sequence and then a great breathing practice for calming the nervous system - double inhale and long slow exhales.

For our guided meditation today we rest the awareness on the breath deep in the belly, seeking out the sensation of the breath at it's lowest point.
