In this, the last Mindful Monday of 2023 we share our usual gentle seated stretch, generating a little warmth in the shoulders. We practice Alternate Nostril Breath or Nadi Shodhana s balancing and grounding breathing practice to prepare us for the Budhist Practice of Loving Kindness Meditation or Metta Bhavana. Through this practice we cultivate loving kindness for ourselves, for others and for the world. A lovely practice for the Christmas period to fill your heart with love x
