Our theme today is Vyana Vayu - for me there are parallels with the circulatory system. If you think of your breath as energy or prana coming into the chest when you breathe. You can think of Vyana Vayu as the force which moves that energy outward from your chest to the periphery of the body. As an energy it has similarities to networking / connecting socially as well.
Keeping the theme in mind we check-in with ourselves and set an intention. We then share a gentle seated stretch and Ujjayii (waves or Darth Vader breath) and finally 10 minutes of guided meditation.
