
Rooted to Resilient invites participants into a three-month journey designed to shift them from chronic stress, exhaustion, and restless nights into greater stability, clarity, and calm. Drawing on the proven State–Story–Strategy process from the Chaos to Calm workshop, this programme expands the work into a beautifully structured, therapeutic pathway supported by yoga, psychology, and evidence-based mind–body tools.
Over twelve weeks, participants are guided through a grounded, compassionate process that honours the whole person. The work begins with rooting – settling the nervous system, stabilising energy, and creating a foundation for change. From there, resilience is built through practices that speak to every layer of the self: physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
The programme blends yoga therapy, breathwork, meditation, chakra-based tools, and accessible movement with guided journalling and personalised support. Each week explores one of the major themes behind lasting resilience: regulating the body, working skilfully with the mind, shifting old patterns, and cultivating a steadier, more empowered inner state.
