Rooted to Radiant is a supported, intelligent container for people who already know yoga or meditation helps but haven’t yet made it land consistently in their nervous system, body and daily life.

Most stressed high-functioning people don’t struggle because they lack discipline or insight.

Shift One: State

Regulating the nervous system

Nothing changes sustainably until the body feels safe enough to change.

This programme begins with state — the physiological reality of the nervous system.

Through carefully sequenced yoga, breath, rest and meditation practices, participants learn to:

  • Settle chronic stress activation

  • Recognise when the system is over- or under-stimulated

  • Access calm without force or suppression

  • Build regulation as a repeatable skill

This is not about relaxation as an idea. It is about changing the baseline state of the body.


Shift Two: Story

Updating the internal narrative

Once the nervous system is no longer braced, the inner story becomes audible.

Stress is often sustained not just by what happens but by:

  • Unquestioned self-expectations

  • Old coping identities (“I just push through”)

  • Internal pressure disguised as discipline

Through guided journaling, inquiry and reflective dialogue, participants begin to:

  • Notice the stories driving stress responses

  • Soften self-judgement and internal urgency

  • Develop a more accurate, compassionate inner voice

  • Align choices with what genuinely supports wellbeing

The story shifts because the state has shifted — not the other way round.


Shift Three: Strategy

  • Choosing practices that match this nervous system

  • Creating rhythms that work in real life

  • Knowing what to do when stress resurfaces

    To map stress patterns, nervous system tendencies, lifestyle factors and intentions AND to co-create your personal practice!

  • Monthly 1:1 follow-up sessions
