This transformative day retreat will begin with a traditional gentle yoga flow, we'll then set the scene with an exploration of Shakti, the universal life force and an intuitive exploration of the erosion of feminine qualities in modern society.
Whereas the masculine is all about doing, achieving and winning. The feminine is all about stillness, intuition and receiving. We'll take time to step out of the need to achieve. Change gears and shift into a more open, receptive mindset. Through breath work, movement and guided relaxation practices, we'll drop down into the transformational power of our feminine way of being.
From there, we’ll dive into the timeless archetypes of the Hindu goddesses:
✨ Lakshmi - The goddess of abundance and beauty
✨ Saraswati - The goddess of wisdom and creativity
✨ Parvati - The goddess of devotion, alongside her fierce and fearless alter-egos, Durga and Kali
Through their stories, you’ll see reflections of your own power, resilience, and potential.

The Yoga Loft at Station Mill is a magical venue with all the props to support transformative practice! Large skylights flood the space with natural light and the original beams provide a grounding atmosphere - settling yet uplifting!


Sound Therapy is deeply rooted in scientific evidence and a long history of vibrational medicine. A Sound Bath is particularly good for relieving stress, anxiety, insomnia and a range of physical issues such as muscle tension and tinnitus. During a session, brainwave frequencies change bringing you into an alpha brainwave state and the body surrenders into a calm and restorative space leaving you refreshed and restored.

Sound Therapy Exemptions Include: No heart conditions or pacemakers, Epilepsy, No pregnancy before 3 months, must be 6 weeks post operations and severe mental health conditions such as psychosis.
