Gentle Yoga Movement & Stillness

This class provides space and time to slow down, take a breath and shift your focus within. Blending yoga movement, postures, breath work, relaxation and philosophy. We will progress from the busyness of the day, through gentle flowing movement towards restorative stillness.


All levels and abilities should feel comfortable in this class and the subtle weaving of ancient yoga theory into the teachings facilitates learning and growth on every level.

Concluding with a deeply restful and trauma informed guided relaxation you can expect to finish this class feeling calmer and more present than when it began.
